RE-Hosting HelpDesk License
Rehost Policy: Licensees with valid annual maintenance agreements are allowed to rehost. Annual maintenance fees allow Licensee to obtain two (2) changes of Host ID during maintenance year at no additional cost. Additional changes of Host ID within any maintenance year will require a payment of 30% of the original license fee.  By submitting this request you are indicating at such time as you began to use the new license files on the 'New System', you will stop using the old license file(s), complete the deactivation (required) and remove the software and license file(s) from the 'Current System' AFTER the deactivation

Rehost Policy: Licensess with valid annual maintenance, but unable to deactivate, contact our Support Team IMMEDIATELY for further assistance

Rehost Policy NO maintenance: There is a fee of $125 to rehost your license and a deactivation is required. If you are unable to process a deactivation, the cost is $250. Rehost request with NO maintenance have a life time limit of four (4) request. After the 4th request, the rate is based on a % of the current cost of the license


A Rehost is to the SAME HelpDesk database. When your HelpDesk was licensed, a unique database ID is locked. A Rehost license will NOT function on a new / blank database

Rehost are available for Tele-Support HelpDesk version 3.2.1, 4.0.0, 4.1.0 and 4.1.1.

General Maintenance
It is our practice to support the current version of our software and the immediate prior release.

Technical Support does NOT include manual customization of our software or system configurations
Troubleshooting unsupported operating systems
Troubleshooting configuration changes that deviate from the original format
Only customers with a current care plan will be eligable for maintenance service.

Annual Maintenance for GO-Global and HelpDesk (Care Plan) Renewals:
Customers have the option to renew their maintenance (care plan) and must renew on or before the Anniversary Date to avoid late fees. Resource Dynamics MUST receive full payment by the Anniversary Date. Customers are responsible for knowing their Anniversary Date and take all necessary steps to ensure full payment is received to avoid late fees. Resource Dynamics provides 3 complimentary renewal notices by automated email delivery to the User or their Reseller approximately 2 months prior to due date.

Grounds for Termination of Service without refund:
If modifications are made to the Software and/or database that compromise our ability to support it
If tools, commands or other methods of program configuration are used that are not specifically provided by Resource Dynamics or recommended by our Support Team
At our discetion, if a customer or a customer's representative acts in an abusive or otherwise inappropriate manner
If a customer's technical environment is considered unsupportive.

UPGRADES for Tele-Support HelpDesk
Upgrades to new versions are available in your active Gold care plan.
However, if you do not have an active care plan, you can purchase new version UPGRADES at the prevailing rates
At the time of purchase for the upgrade license, you will have the option to also purchase a care plan

LATE Renewals or Reinstatement of care plan not avialable within 120 days of new version release
Within 120 days of new release, options available are:
HELP at $140 per hour (available to purchase anytime)
SILVER Care Plan for $500 (available to purchase anytime)
Major Version Upgrade purchase at prevailing rate
Major Version Upgrade purchase with Gold Care Plan at prevailing rate

Other Pricing Information

All user pricing is for concurrent users, i.e., the number of users actually connected to HelpDesk at any one time. This gives much more flexibility and value than is afforded by 'named' user licensing.

All Sales are Final.
